Texas coast
Fishing Map
235 inshore spots with published GPS numbers, plus every public reef, natural bank, rig, and charted wreck off the Texas coast. Jump to a port or roam the map; tap any point for the numbers, species, tips, and the weather there. Save spots straight to your offshore trip planner or download them for your chartplotter.
Where these come from. Bay and flats spots are the GPS hotspots published in Texas Fish & Game magazine's monthly Saltwater Hotspots columns (2018–2025); each spot links to its column. Jetty, pier, and pass markers are approximate landmarks. Artificial reefs (including CCA Texas nearshore reefs) and their structures come from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Artificial Reef Program; natural banks from TPWD's Texas Gulf reefs layer; platforms from BSEE; wrecks and obstructions from NOAA's Office of Coast Survey. Offshore layers update weekly.
Use with care. Positions are for planning, not navigation. Check your chart and depth, respect closed areas (Flower Garden Banks rules, refuge closures, oyster lease areas), and follow TPWD and federal fishing regulations. Spots shared on forums and social media can be added as we confirm them; send us any we're missing.
